That’s too hot. You really need to cook beardies at 82-83*F.

85 is considered the upper limit for beardie eggs. The higher the temp the more respiration with the developing embryo. At 85 the baby is using up O2 faster than it can pass through the shell membrane. There are many many variables with this but in general it’s a good rule to use.

Hovabators are cheap, I’d just get one for the bd’s and one for the corns. $40US so what, about $60CA and then shipping? I know you said they were outrageously priced up there so just order it out of the states. Even if you do end up paying the $100 or so you said you could find them at, it’s still pretty cheap when you’re talking about incubators.

Very true Heartmountain !! $100 U.S is so cheap. I ordered mine from the U.S and in the end it cost me $140/ approx $170audincluding shipment to Oz.
To buy somethin like that in oz your looking minimum $300aud + shipping
Think yourself lucky.
My adult male has a slight resp infection due to poor quality lights i purchased a few weeks ago and mind you they were not cheap and he cost me $380 in vet fees and medicine and i have to inject his arm every 3 days with antibiotics for 4 weeks.
At the end of the day I would pay any amount and go to any extent to have them all in top condition..
