First baby has just hatched but need advice 
Hi, my first baby beardy has just hatched which took 12 hrs. Ive moved him into his own tub in the incubator with damp paper towels in the bottom, how long before i will see some activity and see him on his feet because at the moment the poor little thing is asleep, he is alive i can see him breathing. Is it normal to be quiet in active after hatching?

congrate on baby,I think it depends on babies,one of my babies lay there the whole night before he moved while some got up straight away.Barbara

I have another 12 in the incubator and all of them have dented so im really excited, the vivs are all set up and th bugs have been ordered to arrive tomorrow so were all set. The little one seems to be moving a little now though not quiet on his feet. when is ideal to put him in the viv, everywhere i have researched say after 24 hrs, so is this correct. Thanks for your advie everyone, and reassurance. it seems like ive waited ages for them to hatch so i want to do everything right! x

wow babes ya takin over for me? lol Just had tons to do last couple days, and this morning found the cat had gotten some of the het babies. So yeah that and getting the web page moved not sleepin moch. At least all 6 holdbacks are safe, flippin cat couldnt get to them. Good luck with the hatching -Jay
