 Egg update. Woot.
Hey Jay these are my eggs at 17 and 18 days old. theres a few im not quite sure of if theyre fertile or not, but i know for sure that the one is dead.
This egg is white and plump but it has a twllow patch on it. not sure why.
This is the one im pretty sure is infertile. it hasnt moulded or anything yet.
These are the 2 that are stuck together. I don’t know if they are fertile or not, i havent candled them yet cus they’re stuck together.
These are all the eggs at 18 days old.
These are the eggs at 17 days old.
So yea let me know wat you think. :P WOOT

They look good crystal. Good Job!! Pretty sure the one is toast. As for the splotch on the one i wouldn’t worry about it, probably a mark on the shell. here a shot of Bubbles first clutch this year, 22 days in. These are the ones that just hatched 4/9-4/12 -J

Aww so cute. I’m so excited to my babies to hatch. My girl is probly gonna lay soon, maybe a week from now, i can feel the eggs in her belly really good now. She was dipping her belly in her waterdish today and just sitting in it today, so i gave her a bath. Is it normal for them to do that when theyre gravid? Is that the egg batch with the little bluberry and orange colored dragon? I love both of those ones, theyre so pretty colored and so cute :P the blueberry one is very unique looking.

Yup somewhere in there is bluberry lol the orange on the hypotrans looks more red now mine have laid in the water like that too gravid and right after laying.. like the bath i gave them after coming out of the lay box wasnt long enough or somethin

Hmm weird. I wonder y they do that? I found her plopping her belly in the waterdish again this morning. Shes starting to climb all over the glass alot like she can’t stay still or sumthing, not really sure y, she’s still got a week or so to go before her second clutch.

Haha true dat. I feel for her :P Man my girl climbs on the glass and stares at me like she wants me to take her out, so I do, and she climbs up on my shoulder and cuddles. so after cuddling with her for a while, I go to put her back in her tank, and as soon as she seen that she was going back in, she puffs her whole body and beard out like shes mad that im putting her back, like she wanted to cuddle more. She has been doing this alot lately. Do u know if this is normal? Its my gravid female by the way that does that.

Some of mine act all needy when they are gravid dunno they funny like that. ive got 3 laying in empty water dishes right now lol. I put em in before the lights cut out was gunna put some water in for the girls this morning. but they sound asleep in them lol :D -J

Aww. sometimes dragons can be pretty weird im discovering :P what happens if my gravid girl falls asleep on the cool side of her tank, will that be too cold for the eggs in her belly? I move her into the warm area as soon as i notice shes in a bad spot. She wont touch pinkies either. not sure y.

Hahaha you bet its the chicken container. Mmm good chicken :P yea the bottom pieces are pretty handy for the eggs for sure, they are the perfect shallowness, and the perfect size, :P Thanx also, im so excited for my eggs to hatch :P they are 22 days old today.
