 Eggs deforming

I went away for a week and left my eggs in the hands of my fiance, the eggs looked healthy and plump when I left. When I came back the eggs looked very strange...their shapes are getting weird and their color/shell as well. Someone said that from a pic they saw of the eggs before that they might now be fertile. Im wondering if they’re good eggs or bad. If they’re good, why are they doing this? Is the perlite leaching their nutrients?

I know this one is bad...looks like yolk seeping out of it.

what about these ones?

Not sure about the yellow, but mine did the odd shape thing while forming and growing so that I’m sure is normal, you can candle them to see if they are fertile or not, you should see red veins by now if they are fertile, good luck with them..

The yellow one is not good...if it makes you feel better separate into another container...you don’t want mold or bacteria to get to the other eggs...the ones that are plump in the second pic may be ok...I have had some of mine do the same thing...be sure your condensation line is at the level of your perlite not above it...I hope the ones in the second pic will be ok...Candling them will tell...Take good care Beth

Graham-that is a good question...when I looked back at my pics some of my eggs appeared that way before hatching...I was concerned at one time b/c mine looked that way at day 60 or so and people said it was b/c of hatching...maybe thats it...how long have they been incubating? B

 Eggs deforming

I had a clutch of eggs that was given to me at 6 weeks, and they all looked exactly like those almost see-through eggs in the 2nd picture. They all hatched and the babies are about a month old right now. My only guess was a lack of calcium in the mother while gravid, but it’s only a guess...the shells just looked thin, that’s the only thing I could come up with for a cause.

the eggs werent like that when she laid them though, that’s the thing. Lucy was very well in nutrition for this clutch, so I thought tit had something to do with the perlite leaching the eggs nutrients out or that they weren’t fertile. The eggs are growing bigger anyways, and if they were infertile I dont think they’de be growing. Hopefully they hatch fine!!! thankyou.

the eggs are suppose to sweat or dimple days before hatching...this one showed no signs of hatching which is why I was so surprised to find him this morning...is that normal?!!!
