Pregnant female ??? Hello I’m new with bearded dragons and mew to this forum. lately i have been noticed my female running around like cray scratching the cage digging just restless i can say. So i picked her up and felt her belly and found that she was full of eggs. so now i have a few questions. The lay box. What should the humidity be at in the soil? And how deep should the soil be for her to dig?Should i leave her in the lay box until she lays them? Or do i just put her in there during the day and put her back in her cage at night? and what does a good lay box consist of? No flaming please I just don’t know much about breeding.I rescued them from a family who had kids that use to mall them all the time. I’ve ha them just over a month and had no idea that they would mate that fast if at all. So please i could use any info that anyone can give me... thank you ... LUCAS

Pregnant female ??? Ok nevermind as soon as i put her in her lay box she started to dig. And about an hour later the hole was all covered up.So i took her out and felt her tummy...She wasn’t as fat as she was before! LIL.So i put her back in her cage, went back to the lay box,And started to dig.And what i found were 23 nice n plump eggs! - 2 soggy ones.I put all the eggs in lil Tupperware containers and was wondering if i should put air holes in the top of them? As of now they are sitting in the incubator that has a temp of 86,with the lid off just a sliver. any fed back would be great as it is my first time with any of this. Thanks Lucas.

Pregnant female ??? i like to put 1/8 inch holes on the sides of the container as close to the top as possible. all the way around the container 1 inch apart.
this will give a better air exchange then holes on the top. plus holes on the lid will cause the substrate to become dry after time.
