Emergency egg question!
Its 3:22 right now and my female is laying a bunch of eggs right now!!! My question is, Is it ok to mark the top of the eggs with a marker??? I want to do this so that just in case the eggs are turned over, I can immedietly know what position it is ok to put them back. If it is ok, what kind of marker do you all recommend??? I obvously know to use non-toxic.Thanks~Brett

Emergency egg question! We used a regular marker here, but as an afterthought, I thought it might be safer to use a pencil, lightly.

Emergency egg question! I have used a sharpie. The eggs are too soft to write on with a pencil. Jorge

Emergency egg question!
The embryo doesn’t attach for the first 24 hours so you could juggle the things without harming the baby(I wouldn’t try it). Just get them into the incubation tub and leave them be you will not have to mark them unless you plan on handling them after they begin to incubate.Tony
