How do you mix vermiculite? 
hi my beardi is gravid and i was wondering how do you mix vermiculite and wat do you mix it with? also any info would be awesome!! thanx  |

| Mix it with your hand. Just kidding. Mix it with water...I don’t have any ratios, I just pour some water into the vermiculite mix it all around, then continue to add water. To test the consistancy of it I pick up a handfull and squeeze it. Only a couple of drops should come out. I have even used less then this. The real test in moisture comes with the incubation and keeping your humidity levels up and prevent the eggs from collapsing. PE |

This site has a good methond for incubation. This is what I use. Incubation I know it’s a gecko site but it works well for beardies too. I just had a 100% hatch rate this past week using it!  |
