Bent tails Post some pics. There could be a few reasons for it. Inbreeding can cause the bent tails, so can fluctuations in incubation, and just the way they were sitting in the egg. Is the yellow stuff from a ruptured egg sack? Sean

Bent tails ill post some pics tomorrow morning when i move them to the baby bins. not sure what the yellow stuff is i saw it when i moved him onto the paper towels and tried briefly to look and it almost looked attached. anyways i’ll post pics tomorrow. as far as inbreeding, got the parents years apart and from different pet shops so i think the chances of inbreeding are fairly slim, but who knows? - Jorge

Bent tails here are pics of the bent tails. the yellow stuff is coming off the other one, almost like a shed. one of the tails is bent in 2 places.

Bent tails Ok, the kinked tail on the bottom one looks like it was caused either by the way it was sitting in the egg or a temp fluctuation in incubation. It may straighten out over the next few days. Same with the very top one. Sean
