 Is this breeding behavior

i’m not even sure they are different genders but i read a book once that said the female will do an arm circle before breeding with one of her front feet and the one i think is the female is doing this.

It is seen sometimes during courting from the male and female. Its used as a sign of non-aggression so it is done at other times as well.
