I give my babies calcium 3 times a week dusted on their crickets and vitamins 1 times a week. Other people have different calcium schedules of this, but this is the schedule I use. PE

I dust my live prey with calcium everytime I feed it (or 1-2x per week I switch to vitamins instead). My veggies I don’t supplement because I only give caclium rich ones. Some people supplement only their veggies because they find that easier. I can’t be sure mine would get enough calcium that way, however.
