When my dragons go down I cut all light. Some people like to leave limited light for 6 hours or so a day but I don’t think it’s needed and just bothers them. Either way you go should be fine.Sean

ok thanks alot..........a while ago my female had coccdicca i dont know how to spell it...........anywayz should i get a fecal done or should i just give her albon without getting a fecal done???

Get a fecal done before, you don’t want them brumating with a parasite load. Also get a base weight and check them once a week while they’re down, they should lose very little if any during. Sean

i have nothing to measure there weight with....................and this stupid vet dosen’t know crap about bds!!!...........I know more than she does!!!! And my male when he poops theres some blood......maybe it was from the sand.........but if i go to the vet and ask them to test them for cocdicca shes just gonna say they have it cause she dosen’t know what to look for.......

Parasites are parasites any vet should be able to do a fecal. That doesn’t mean they know how to give meds or which ones to give but they should be able to see if they have anything. How long ago did you have a fecal done? Do you not have a better vet within a reasonable distance?

if i want to go to a better vet its around 2 hours and 30 min away!! And my mom will make me drive cause she wont go that far and ill prolly get losted going there.........
