 Feeding Hatchlings

Is there a trick to feeding hatchlings, or is it instinct and they will eat when they get hungry? They are only 4 days old, but I have been putting greens in a dish for them in the morning since I put them in their tanks. I haven’t seen them eat any. I tried crickets last night. Most of them ran away from the crickets only one or two seemed curious and followed the crickets. Watched them for a while and took the crickets back out. Any suggetions? should I just be patient and keep trying? Does anyone have any luck feeding pellets?

Be patient and keep trying, they’ll eat when they get hungry. I’d avoid crix until they are fairly well established on salad and soaked pellets, it’ll make it easier on you later.
