CHI CHI and Deuce mated on April 24 and she laid on May 17 and i could see the eggs in her belly a good 2 weeks before if that gives you an idea. The pics I just posted were with a soil and sand mix.... she obviously didnt like that mix because we finally found some vermiculite at a nursery and put it in there and she laid like 3 hours later. THe vermiculite is very loose and much softer. Here are pictures of her in the box... laying

I use plain dirt but hey, whatever you can get them to dig in is good lol. Gestation is 20-30 days and you won’t be able to feel anything until sometime in the second week when they go into the shelling process, if she’s a fatty you may not be able to feel them at all. Try it in the bath when she’s relaxed and you’ll have better luck. Sean
