 Worried about last egg

I am worried about my last little guy still in egg. It has already dented and there is a nice size "V" shaped slit in the egg. It has been like this for 2 days now. Do you think that it is ok and will still hatch? The egg is still soft to the touch and from what I can barely see the head looks moist ( I think it is the head since I can’t see much).
But as for my other little guys....... I moved them out of the incubator today and they are loving all the room they have now. They look GREAT!!! I even had one that wanted to crawl up my hand instead of going into the tank. They are soooooooooooo cute.
Thanks in advance for any info I can get on my last stubern baby

After two days I would say it probably isn’t going to come out if all it has done is make a slit. It’s not uncommon at all for one or two. I always wait just to make sure though.

Thank you. I will keep my fingers crossed in still hoping that it suprises me and is out when I get home from my night job. These eggs were from her second clutch. Her former owners said that all her first clutch were infertile. But I will keep you all updated on if it makes it or not.

Hasn’t come out. I believe it didn’t make it. But the egg is still soft and no smell. I will leave it there until it starts to smell since it is all by itself. As for my other clutch the eggs look great and are getting bigger. They were layed on the 6th. So a nice long wait for those. And my 4 babies are doing great.
