Bearded Dragon for sale. I’m selling my bearded dragon, his name is Sunny.
Along with a 75 gal tank equiped with a uvb and heat light both with fixtures.
And many many accessories including turf (fake grass) for the substrate.
I paid about $600 for everything all together.
I’m selling it for around $400 or best offer.
I’m not sure of his age, if I had to guess I’d say he was about 1 1/2 years maybe.
He’s not very big for his age, I bought him when he was already full grown he was about 15 inches long, now he is about 17.
I got him around Christmas time, so everything is new.
I hate to sell him, but I’m moving in about a month and I can’t take him with me.
If anyone at all is interested please let me know.
This is him.

This is the left half of his tank from the top view.

This is the right half of his tank from the top view.

Right side from the front view.

Left side from the front view.

Please let me know if you are interested.
He is very well taken care of, at least I’m assuming he’s actually a "he" I’ve never really checked.
I need a good home for him that will take care of him properly also.
Thanks.

Bearded Dragon for sale. Yes, I bought him from the pet store I used to work at, someone just gave him to us, so I bought him, he was about 15 inches, and the guy said he was probably about a year maybe 1 1/2 years old. Since I’ve had him he grew 2 or 3 inches, he’s about 17-18 inches long. I wish I didn’t have to sell him, but I just can’t take him with me. I need someone that will take good care of him. I spent about $600 on everything, I’m only asking about $400, and everything is almost brand new.

Bearded Dragon for sale. Just throwin this out there I’m sick of seeing this post. Theres no way any1 is going to pay $400 for a small cheap pet store dragon plus you gotta realize because it is mature you are going to have gas and money to come get it. Your best bet would be to sell the little guy locally.

Bearded Dragon for sale. I’m sorry he can longer be in your care, but it seems like you want to make a profit off of this little guy and his tank than find a good home.
Theres no way you paid 600 for allt hat stuff..
if you really care for him, sell him locally like pissant said.
400 is way too much, and you wouldnt sell it for that much if you really care bout getting him a good home.
just thought i should let you know.
goodluck finding a home.

Bearded Dragon for sale. actually it is quite possible to pay 600 bucks for that 75 gallon from a pet store runs about 200+ bucks. plus the dragon which can be just about the same plus all the fixtures with it and balbs and lamps so id belive she paid 600.. and selling for 400 a decent price. not that anyone just starting out would pay that much startign out. but she could possible find osmone loccaly like you said. i mean shoul could be askign for 600. and she is looking for a good home for it. she could be off selling it to some kid who doesnt know and wouild prolly kill it. but no she is on a website that is dedicated to bearded dragons trying to sell it to a good home. so dont make her feel like crap im sure it tuffon her to get rid of him/her.

Bearded Dragon for sale.
What is going to happen to the 15 to 20 other pets you have including the other beardies when you go off to college? Sorry you have to give him up but I do not have $400 to send you & would only need him have everything else he needs already...

Bearded Dragon for sale. Thanks for the replies, yes I did spend, at the very least, 600 for him. I am asking 400, so I’m not making a profit, I’m actually losing 200 and I’m very willing to go down on the price if someone is willing to give him a good home. I did post it locally for about 3 weeks in a row. I live in a small area in Louisiana, so bearded dragons aren’t a big demand around here. Yes I have many pets, most of which are in my parents care. I only have 3 that belongs to me personally, which includes my bearded dragon, which I am trying to sell, a rat which my father has told me he’d take care of, and my dog, which is the only animal I can bring when I move. I figured it would be harder to sell my bearded dragon on this site but I want to take any chance I can get, and I know that this website has very caring beardie owners so I was just trying to see if anyone would be interested. Thanks.

Bearded Dragon for sale. Have you ever considered taking your beardie to college with you? Most places allow ’fish tanks’ and that’s technically what your beardie lives in. I hid my beardie in a college dorm for 6 months. He was set up atop a table in my room with his lights and everything there. The food was hidden under the bed and there was an ’inspection hide’ where his cage would fit under my bed and I could temporarily hide him there during the day of inspection. They never found him, even when he was hidden and I wasn’t in the room during the inspection. It’s not an ideal setup, but it can be done.

Bearded Dragon for sale. Thanks for your reply, but his tank is to big to fit under my bed lol. The apartment that I’m about to start renting doesn’t allow exotics. I’m also afraid with college and work I will not be able to have enough time to take care of him properly, I would really rather someone that has the time to take care of him. I love my bearded dragon and if I don’t end up selling him then I’ll definitely find a way to make time to care for him, I’m not planning on abandoning him. I would just rather him have a better home to people that have the time.

Bearded Dragon for sale. Technically, the USDA and most governments recognize bearded dragons as domesticated animals, technically. Some people refer to them as exotics, but they’re really not anymore. Even under the harshest anti-exotic laws, bearded dragons are still normally considered domesticated or exempted. It is possible you could get away with a technicality, or get away with keeping your beardie anyway as long as your lighting and electrical equipment is safely arranged so as not to become a fire hazard.
I understand your reasons though. College life and work takes up a lot of time, especially during the first two years. Don’t procrastinate...do your work early. Trust me...I just got a 4 year degree a few months ago and procrastination during my first two years was extremely bad. Of course, I didn’t have much of a college ’life’ so that left me with tons of free time. Good luck though!
