For the last question you asked go to beautiful dragons.com no spaces..and check the nutritional section. It has a list of what can be fed to your dragon. Also try putting some silk worms in the bowl and your bd will eat it and accidently eat the greens too, that should help get him started again. Also they like variety.. so mix it up a little bit.

how old is your dragon. from previous post sounds like you where getting a baby beardie if thats the case you can try to get your veggies pureed by putting them into a blender. by doing this it will kinda mush all the food together. then try to put it on the top of his nose . with like a rubber spoon and he should go for it. most beardies at your age wont eat there veggies. you can try to feed it by hand but if he wants it he will eat it. usually does it when no ones around at least iv noticed that with mine hehe. stuborn lil guys. but just use a varity of stuff to see what he will eat.

If its a juvenile don’t worry about it they will pick a lil and leave the rest. What i had to do with mine is add repcal pellets to the bowl my lil guy will dig threw it for them but always gets more than just the pellets. Another idea i threw a couple small pieces of escarole in his direction and he loves the chase so he pigged out.

ok i will try it out lol. i have collard greens, mustard greens and dandelions for him is that i big enough selection? i also have some butternut squash but i dont know what part to feed him lol. he takes a bite out of my hand but then turns his head to the rest lol. the reason im freakin out is because i bought 500 crix and he ate them all faster than a planned so im waiting for some to come in the mail, till then i have nothing to feed him exept veggies and wax worms which i know is bad for him all the time. im just worried that he might starve on me :(

yeah that is a big enough selection .. and i wouldnt worry to much at a younger age try to feed him by hand will cause a good bond between owner and beardy. he will get to reconize you for food.. dont you feel used and abused. you could always try to hit up the pet store at which you bough him for some crixs to hold him over but yeah veggies are good for him. the squash. jsut give him the squash part. i got a speghetti squash because it has fiber in it and calcium.. so it will help him poo. ^^ i just gave him the orange stuff. no stringy stuff or seeds or skin so just cut out the inside and get rid of stringy and seeds and you should be fine. remeber to cut it up tho. other then that i mean snail mail wont take to long prolly got the 3-4 days .. id go with buying a little more but now that you knwo how many he can go through ina period of time you can now estimate when to order. so right when he finishes he will have more ^^. good luck

should be the size in between his eyes. another thing is beardies dont eat to much veggies as there younger only when they become old do they cut back on cricks and veggies more often. so youll prolly see that he wont eat to much veggies but him eating any veggies is good rather by hand or not. but just offere anyways
