no it needs to be at 110 at least the cold spot should be in the 80’s not the hot spot

That’s better but it should be 110-115 if you have a baby. What are you measuring temps with? If you’re measuring them with a stick on thermometer, your temps can be 20 degrees off. You need to get a digital thermometer with a probe if you don’t have one already.
