All three of my lizards are refusing the crickets they used to love. I am currently using mercury vapor bulbs and the tube UVB reptisun 10.0 on each dragon cage. The temps are perfect and the bulbs are only 1 month old. Is it possible to over expose your dragons to too much UV radiation?

The MVB’s by themselves give out a ton of UVB. It could be that you are overexsposing them to UV’s, especially if they don’t have a hide. In the wild, beardie’s tend to bask in the morning and hide the rest of the day. They may be getting over loaded with D3. I’d switch one of the two off and see if they don’t feel better in a few days.
