 Polysporin for scratch?

it looks to me,like her skin is gettin really dry on her little paws. so her running around all day,is causing it to rub.i give her a bath pretty much every day,not for long but long enuff to pooop-o shedoesntgo in her tank. maybe the heat in her tank is dryin out her skn? her temps are spot on, has this ever happened to anyone before?
for now ill just give her longer baths to try to moisten her skin a bit,but if there is anything i can rub on her,id luv to kno wat it is.

Hi EmJay,

If the skin is broken, you can use neosporing cream, not ointment. You don’t want anything that has the oils because they can obstruct the wound from sweating and cause infections.

If the skin is not broken, you can still use the neosporing, or even a little bit of olive oil right after her bath to keep her moist.
