Would a lovebird fit my life??? please answer :)

i am @ school from 8;00am---2;30pm, and i can take the bird out for an hour or more every day. i make 50---80 dollars a month through babysitting, and can walk to a good pet store from my house
the cage would have to be in my room, and while im gone it would be alone. i can provide lots of toys, and i heard that music helps it from becoming loneley (? i dunno never tried it) and i can get that to.
so you guys think a lovebird would fit this?

personally i say yes. that sounds almost exactly how i started when i got my lovebird. and he still loves me no matter what! (im the only one who can hold him) and the music...best company a bird can have when alone. my macaw has actually learned a few new words after listening to it for a few days.

Toys, TV, and music are all great baby sitters for single birds. As long as you spend at least an hour a day or 5 hours a week with the little guy he should still love you no matter what.

My p-let is kept next to a window that looks out at the dog yard. It is shaded by an easy-up so he never gets blasted from the sun but watching the birds and dogs outside makes him happy. If you have a window that doesn’t get hit directly by the sun, I would suggest moving him near enough to see outside.
