 Whats better a Budgie or a cockatiel?

Whats better a Budgie or a cockatiel?
I would like to hold them and breed them
people have told me what is best but i get different answers i will do lots of information on them before i get them but what is best?

what are you looking for in a bird?

they are both handlable and can learn to speak and of course they can both breed

so i guess it just depeds on your preferences they both make wonderfull pet birds

so give us some specifics questions you are looking for

I agree with the pp it really depends on what you want in a bird... I personally would go with cockateils but simply because I love their appearance and personalities...

from what I have read in general bigger is better but they AT LEAST need enough room to stretch their wings so take the wing span of one bird add like 3-4in (wouldnt want the cage to be just as wide as their wings lol) and multiply by two thats the smallest width/length I would get and taller is better as they like to be up high for sleeping :) GL!
