 NEED HELP!!!!! PLEASE!!T.T

Ok So my Mom is a kindergarden teacher and some of her children stupidly found a BABY bird and took it to her so now we’re all freaking out because we have no idea what it eats or WHAT KIND OF BIRD IT IS. it is brown on top with a white stripe going around it’s head and a white chest, long legs, yellow underbelly, And we think it lives in the ground

By the way we live in centeral Oklahoma

Please Please HELP

I have no clue what kind it is maybe if you posted a pic of it? As for what to feed it, A friend of mine breeds birds (mainly finches) and she gives the moms ground up boiled egg to feed them, I have also heard of people giving them crickets (apropriately sized of course) or some kinds of wet dog/cat food...

try finding the nest and ptting it back

depending on how long you have had it

dont until you find out what bird it is though some will take back their babies ut others wont

also i would serch to find what he is or call a wildlife shelter and ask them for help

if you feed it the wrong thing it will get sick so appropriate food is important

good luck hopefully someone with more knowlege can help you out.

you might want to post on the exotis forum too for some help
