 Budgie?

I’m considering getting a budgie but I have a few questions:

-Are they friendly towards people?
-Do they even like people?
-And how do you tell if it’s a male or female??????

budgies are great pets to keep...they will and may bite you cause of fright and stress and you will always need to keep and clean house for a safe enviroment.
they will like people once they get used to the new enviroment and you...it may take about 3 days or so i dunno anyways,they can be trained to go on hand and when first taken can also be taught to talk.
i dunno know this but i think and sertainly do think that the ones with a blue cere(part where the nostrils are of the waxy substance) is a male and the ones with the brown,white,grey cere are females but when you get the younge babies it can be a little hard to tell...anyways they are great pets to keep...:)
