 Blue Jay

Hi, someone i know has a baby blue jay who fits in the palm of her hand.

The blue jay has all of its feathers, but does not seem to fly, or move very much.
It wont eat all that much either.

Does anyone know how to care for a little cutie like this blue jay?
how to get it to eat and move around abit?

the blue jay might still be a baby chick and it still might need to be fed or tooken care of..and i dont know about this if im right or wrong but they are supposed to practice on flying with their first wings...i dont know much but think about it with these sentences..

she needs to take it to a wildlife hospital, blue jays are illegal to keep as pets and can be cared for better in a hospital

It would be better to contact a wildlife sanctuary or hospital like Tut said.
