 House fire!!! Will he be ok from the smoke??

So the topic pretty much says it all
It happend last night in my kitchen what started the fire we dont know me and my partner were in the living/sitting room which is right next door to the kitchen and we only noticed it by the smoke alarm in the hallway and the living room being black clouds Sonny the Vudgie lives in the living room along with my 1,000G Pirahna tank we got ourselves out also Sonny my giant house rabbit abd my Chinchilla who live in my spare bedroom upstairs luckly non of my fish tanks were affected or i would have died i love my fishies
The fireman came and luckly only the kitchen was damaged but only half so very lucky but i no smoke is dangerous to all birds also along with fumes and gases etc so would Sonny be affected at all or a little? He is still chirpy and normal so is he still in good health?

Keep a close eye on him..smoke is very bad for birds. Good luck and i’m sorry about the fire!

Thank you :) Sonny seems fine and hopefully he will stay ok
I remember my uncle had a Cockatial whwn i was growing up he died because of the smokey fumes coming off of burning fat (my uncle forgot to clean the tray he used for sausages so with the grill heating up it was remelting the fat) and then i remember my mum painting my bedroom so we gave my budgie to my uncle as the whole house would of smelled like paint and didnt want to risk it well stupid uncle decided to paint his home to and killed my budgie needless to say my mum screamed and shouted at him and told him its common sense about birds and fumes but hey he never looked after another pet again

That’s good. I am sorry about the fire. I had a batta that live for 5 years. He died when I entered 5th grade. I’m going into 7th. I was so attached to him. He did neat tricks, too...
