 Help sick bird

So i have a green cheek. and i’ve noticed that his activity has slown down and all he does is sleep; we also thought that his eyes were sickly looking because the cat got ahold of him for three seconds, but it’s been weeks later; he’s eyes wont stop watering, he’s stopped bathing, he doesn’t like to fly around or be out of his cage anymore.

what should i do?
should i take him into a vet?
I live in minnesota, do you know of any bird vets near shakopee?

I would take him to a vet. Birds usually try to hide illnesses, and once they begin to show that something is wrong whatever is bothering them could be quite severe. Unfortunately, I do not know of any avian vets in MN, but here are two websites that may help you.

Of course, the choice is ultimately up to you as to what you should do. I hope everything works out, good luck.
