 Baby Cockatiels

My female Lutino and my male White-face Pied Cockatiels laid 5 eggs and 3 hatched. (It was their third attempt.) I plan on hand feeding them to make them more "people friendly", as the parents where rescues and were not socialized, so, I did some reading to find out when exactly I need to start doing that. However, I keep getting contradictory information. Can someone enlighten me, preferably someone who has done this before and had success? Thanks in advance.

i have always heard 2-3 weeks after being in with the parents but hopefully someone can come on and confirm that to be sure

if you have never hand fed before i would try to find a local breeder or a vet to give you some tips as it can be tricky and it can kill them if not done properly
