BUDGIE!! A picture of the cage would be nice. Every ones opinion of "loud" is different. My Budgie can be noisy. She is in my bedroom and I can hear her just fine from my living room. Her whistle is very quiet, but she has her loud moments. She isn’t as loud as my ’tiel though. You will have to talk with your dad and see what he thinks.

BUDGIE!! You can upload them to photobucket then copy the URL and paste it here. You have to hit the image tab first then paste then end image.

BUDGIE!! All birds can be a little noisy, night is not really a problem. Put a blanket over the cage and they sleep over night just like we do. As far as being load, it all depends on if your getting a single budgie or a pair. Remember that these are a flock bird, so if your not going to buy a pair you have to handle it and be it’s mate. Once they get attached to you they will be a little loud when you leave the room and don’t pay attention to them, they would like to be around you all the time.
