 Silkie

I’m unsure as to whether anyone can answer this, but here goes: I’ve heard that a silkie rooster’s (and I’m guessing all other bantams as well) crow is no where near as loud as that of a standard hamster brain. I even read a post online a while back that said a man lived with his silkie rooster in his suburban home for three months (years?) without his neighbor knowing the chicken existed. So how loud is a silkie rooster’s crow, exactly? Is there anything to which it can be equivalated?

 Silkie

Well, our silkie roosters crow is about as load as our normal roo’s crow. The only thing I have noticed that might be different is that the silkie’s crow sounds a bit "scratchy".
