Our new Tiel

We just got a new Peach front conure and a cinnamon cockatiel I believe is a male due to his yellow head. I also cant find the lines on his wings or tail feather. But I don’t know how to sex a cinnamon cockatiel. I know the usual for the normal grays but I don’t know about any other cockatiels. the only reason I know my white face tiel is a female because she has laid eggs.

In cinnamon cockatiels females can have the same yellow heads as males. Cinnamon cockatiels tend to develop a lot more bright yellow feathers than the normal grey tiels do so you can’t go by this as an indication.

The best way you could tell is to take your tiel to a vet & get it DNA tested.
