 Common - redtail whats the diffrence

hey
well im about to get a boa i am told it is a common boa is a common boa the same as a redtail or is it a redtail i have books but they both say redtails and then commons
please help me here
i feel like a tool

Don’t feel like a tool, I don’t even know the difference either, haha. If I actually bothered to look it up I’m sure I would know, but ehhhhh, don’t really care too much hahah.

As the name suggests, A redtail has a much deeper redtail. They generally grow much bigger too.

Check out the website below and notice how red the tail is. Then compare it to the bottom one.

But a pretty good rule of thumb. It’s always worked for me. But like you say, there is always more to everything. lol
