Not sure what you mean. Are you talking about cooling in the fall and winter to breed?? They don’t hibernate or brumate.

No plenty of people have bred boas independent of light cycle, temperature , or other natural changes that would typically induce breeding behaviors. I think that your odds would be increased by breeing in the cooler months fall - spring . But people do it in many different ways. My understanding is that BCC boas are more picky and almost need light cycle changes and cooling.

Female Colombian BCI should be at the least 3 years old, 6 feet long and around 12 lbs at the lightest.

Your female is 2250grams she really needs to be more around 5,376+ grams at the smallest. She needs some time to grow and put on some weight. Do you have any pics?? How big is your male???
