 What does HET mean?

Sorry this went unanswered for so long. It looks like there aren’t too many Boa people on RepticZone.

To answer your questions...

Quote:

What does HET mean?

Heterozygous. It means (in simple terms) that the animal has a recessive genetic trait. For example...A Snake can be Normal and 100% Het for Albino. Meaning it will look normal but carries the gene for Albino. Now in order for it to produce any Albino babies...it must breed with another Heterozygous snake or a Homozygous snake (of the same species).

No.

No. Genetically they are too different.
