Ovualtion
The easiest way for me to explain ovulation in Boas... well there is no easy way. LOL According to Barron’s Boa book (pages 47 and 48)There is a mid body swelling as the mature ova are released from the ovaries. However, this may only be apparent for a very short time, so you must examine females on a daily basis. Ova may be released before copulation and wait to be fertilized... or the female Boa can actually retain sperm and the ova be fertilized after copulation. I hope this helped.
