Getting to breed and other things
I have 2 female RTB both about 2 yrs old, I have recently decided to breed and begun to do some research on the subject. I am waiting for a book on the care and breeding of RTB. However, the first thing I learned was that I cannot breed 2 females (LOL Now for some rather stupid questions but I don’t mind being laughed with (or at). I know the book I ordered will answer quite a few of the questions I ask but I feel the info I have the better informed I am. 1. Is there a RTB mating season? 2. How can you tell if she is pregnant? 3. Is the first time the babies eat really a week after birth? 4. How can you tell if the RB is ovulating? 5. Should the babies be fed live or frozen thawed? Any and all info Will be appreciated. Thanks in advance Shawn |
