Question It is possible to breed male boas to more than one female, but it is not advised. This is because it sometimes takes a great deal of effort on the male’s part to convince a female to become receptive to him. Often times he neglects to eat and drink properly so the physical strain it can put on his body has the potential to be quite substantial. I have heard cases where males will refuse a second female if they were hard pressed to court the first. But, others have willingly and eagerly bred a second female. Like I said, it’s possible, but it’s not advised and rarely advocated.
