 New CRB!!!

I got this little guy/girl for my boyfriend as an Easter present. I know they’re not as pretty as BRBs, but we still love him. He’s got an awesome temperment for a baby and he’s already nice and fat. Here he is!

Lol! Me too. Of course, I’m used to it. Other than my bearded dragons, leopard geckos and ball python all the rest of the forums for my animals are pretty slow.....and some are almost completely dead on this site. That’s why it’s always good to visit other sites also.

My tarantulas, my legless lizard, my white-lipped python (which is the pythons general forum), my milk snakes, my hognose snake, my AFTs, etc., etc. I have 36 pets, so the list goes on.

Thank you. I’m very happy I found him. My boyfriend named him Drake. He’s very active and has a GREAT feeding response. We have 11 snakes now and love them all.

No. He doesn’t do the playing dead, hooding or bluff striking. He’s very mellow. I have gotten a few hisses from him, but that’s about it. He’s one of my favorites. On the other hand my white-lipped python has tagged me 6 times in the less than a month that I’ve owned him. He’s getting better though and we’ve invested in a hook now. I don’t want to have a 6 ft python that bites all the time.

That’s good about the Hog nosed. My BRB has tagged me four times so far, but other than that he’s a sweetie that puts up with me lol. Hooks are generally a good idea, I don’t use them but i know some people that do. May I ask how much you paid for your white lip? Are the black or gold phases more expensive? My mind is just wandering lol.

I paid $200 for Zane. It came out to less than that with the store credit, but he was listed as $200. As far as difference in price from the black to gold phase.....I have no idea. I’ve never looked at the black phases since they get a lot bigger and I already have my RTB. I only want one BIG snake. I also like the gold phase coloring better.
