1)dump the moss
2)dump the bedding
3)VERY THOUROUGHLY (not just with water) clean the tub and his accessories
4)put FRESH bedding and moss in the cage
5)KEEP IT CLEAN!!! make sure it is poo/urate/bodily fluid free and keep it that way.]
6)put neosporin on the snake’s belly
BRBs don’t really get scale rot from high humidity, they mainly get it from filthy environments.

You may not have thought of this, but BRB pass a lot of urates. If you have a moss hide, you need to clean it often because they do enjoy to toilet in the hide. What your seeing may well be piss burns.

I would keep the substrate dry until he starts to show improvement and sheds some of that off.Instead of a moist cage how about a humidity shelter, just a rubbermaid with lid of the appropriate size with the moss in it so the snake can go about as he pleases and not have a wet cage all over, just make a hole so the snake can get in.A q-tip with peroxide applied to the spots will help dry them as well.
Hope i helped,
Mangrovian.
