 What size enclosure/tank would i need?

what size enclosure/tank would i need to house 2 full grown rainbow boas if my parents say yes, if i could get 2? but if they say no what size cage would i need to house 1 rainbow boa? is a 40 gallon good or bigger?

I’ll let someone with the time to answer your post thoroughly reply, but I just have to say a couple things..


1) NEVER house 2 snakes together.
2) these are NOT good beginner snakes, so if you are new to snakes, I would definately not reccomend a rainboe boa.

They are fine beginner snakes as long as you do plenty of research before buying,and set everthing up ahead of time before you get the snake.

2 snakes together is out of the question,Do not do it.A 4 by 2 cage should do just fine for 1 SNAKE ONLY!!...2 snakes=2 cages.If you can go bigger on the size of the cage That’s always good.

Boaphile 421D or 422D is a good cage for an adult BRB.
