Which snake is best well if u want some that grows less than 6 feet a rtb is out. Well ball pythons are easy to take care of but they can be hard to deal with some times. Brazilians dont get bigger than 6 feet are not to hard to take care of but they can get bitty every now and then. Well there isnt a best snake since every 1 likes diferent types of snake. I personally would suggest a dumeril boa a male will grow to 6 feet normaly very easy to take care of and are 1 of the most docile snake and i love their patterns and colors maybe u should look into them.

Which snake is best Ok, I currently keep a good bit of snakes and I personally think my rainbow is my favorite. BRBs are very docile once you had them for a month or so. They look amazing and eat readily. They just a bit nippy for the first few handlings as most snakes are. Dumeril’s are also very docile and they look amazing. You should consider it since they grow real slow and dont eat as much as the others. HMM RTBs i wouldnt suggest for you....they get big...eat big meals....get a gecko! haha

Which snake is best I have a brazilian rainbow boa who is almost a year old and she is awesome. She has never bit me once and hasn’t snapped at me. She eats fine but I couldn’t get her to eat frozen so she is feeding on live for whatever reason. Don’t get a red tail BOA unless its an argentine because EVERYONE and their moms have one. Ball pythons are cool but it depends on what kind of money you’re trying to spend. IF you can go to a reptile show and get one because they are alot cheaper at shows. kingsnake.com will tell you when the shows are. There are some really cool ball python morphs you might want to look into if you are trying to get a nice snake for a little bit of money.

Which snake is best first of it is a red tail boa. i have all 3 of those attchally and a red tail boa can get around 1 feet and is a long and can be a difficult pet to have, and the rainbow boa get around 8 feet and are not made for handling mostly they best love to hang out in branches. the ball python is the perfect first pet especially if you want a snake they are almost always dosial and are easy to handle and stay in a good size range full grown is around 4 feet i started with 3 ball pythons i rescues and since then have been addicted to them. if you want help finding one just message me i live in Florida and work with several breeders.

A. Rainbows get at max 6-6 1/2 feet.
B. No snake is "made for handling"
C. They are not arboreal!!
People, get your facts straight (meaning do some research) before you give out advice!!

Which snake is best Tyler you should get your facts straight before you start talking and I highly doubt you work with several breeders in Florida. Check your spelling and get some information and then come back and talk.

Which snake is best If you had any kind of work with a breeder it would make sense you would have basic knowledge of snakes and would know which snakes are arboreal and which ones aren’t.

Which snake is best I would suggest a corn snake or even a ball python if your a starter on snakes and reptiles, very easy and managable snakes for a starter, i started out on a ball python and i have to say ... they are very loving for the most part, easy to manage and take care of, and still reach a good size unlike the corn snake. So if you still are interested i would say those are your two best .. but i do not think a boa is a good idea either .. but on other note from something i read in another post on here .. 8 foot boa? ... i thought like the largest they got was 7 feet and that was a female and if you was lucky ... but maybe my facts are also wrong .. but just thought i would include that ..
