 New to Rainbow Boas

I was just looking for some information.

I was thinking of purchasing one. I have had snakes I have had a Rosey Boa and a Kenyan Sand Boa.

I was wondering if I could get some information on

1.) Cages and Size of?
2.) Temperature and Humidity?
3.) Are they generally a friendly snake?
4.) Are they arboreal?
5.) Are there different types of Rainbow Boas?

I would appreciate any advice, i am going to go check out the care sheets but I find that I can learn more form people who own the animals in question then just reading about them.

Rainbow boas are the opposite of your Kenyan Sand boas, in that they need very high humidity ( Though not that high of heat) Look up care sheets for them to get exact ranges.

As neonates they tend to be very reclusive and nippy, but with regular gentle handling they usually become very docile.

There are many different morphs and several different localities. The Calico Rainbows are gorgeous, and look like they are snow flecked, however they are still very pricy. (Its a colour morph- not a locality) All of them should have that rainbowy sheen, if they dont, its a sign of bad health and improper husbandry.
