 Feeding quiestion

i have two redtails a 6ft male and a 8ft female neither of which are eating and havent wanted food in about 3 months the female i beleive is gravid so im not so worried about her as i have heard they do not eat while they are preggo but the male should be eating neither of them are losing weight actually the female is gaining weight just wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this and if he is ok or if i need to take him into the vet?

the female is the one in the water......

Typically males will not have too much ionterest in food while they are in breeding mode. Generally once the female ovulates he snaps out of the breeding mode and generally starts getting ready to eat. I don’t think you have anything to worry about. Except for that dirty water, which I’m sure you changed after the pic. Typically females will take a couple small meals while gravid but you should never feed her 6 weeks befor she is expecting.
