I am going to shoot one out here, I like doing Roman and Greek names, Abeona, Roman Goddess of passage. She is involved with safe going-out and coming-in of a child. There is my 2 cents

I like to use Roman and Greek god/goddess names for my Colombians....

I use demon names for my Nics...

I use ames of rocks and minerals depending on what the boa looks like...

Then there are the goofy ones. I have a extremely defensive hypo Sonoran that I call "Binky." I named one of my tiny little Nics "Skeeter"....he’s not bigger than a ’skeeter’ bite :)
