Feeding question  my red tail is 7ft now and she’s on xl rats i get from rodent pro. they seem small for her and she looks hungry still after and the next day shes still roaming her cage instead of sleeping it off. should i switch her to xxl or xxxl rats? any imput is appreciated thanks!

Feeding question  i would increase the size unless she still has a large bulge after eating with the rats you have her on now

Feeding question  rule of feeding that I use is anything the size, or smaller, of the largest part of the body you can feed. I would say at 7ft it needs to be on the largest rats from that place if not larger items. The largest they have for rats is 3x from. they come in bags of 2. I just got mine to go onto guinea pigs that are the same size and price as the 3x and also in bags of 2. As said in the post before as long as there is no huge bulge go larger.
this is mine taking her first guinea pig. she is about 6ft now.

the next day you cant even tell she ate, no bulge at all and no searching for more food.
