BIG one is a male and little is a female .. what does hypo mean ? and how much are they worth ? sry for the no shirt haha and i have better pics as son as i figure out how to shirink them

Hypo is short for hypomelanistic. Hypomelanistic animals have less black in them than normals which allows for other colors to show through.

"hypo" meaning reduced, lower, under

"melanin" refers to the black pigment.

The price of hypos varies...color, pattern, freckling (or lack of), lineage, etc all play a part in price.

They look like Hypos to me, though there is a lot of orange light in the photos.

Very nice pair there. I hope you have a bigger enclosure for the big guy than that 20 Gal long. Haha! Im sure you do.

I don’t know if they have pastel in them, hard to tell with some hypos, and hard to tell from your pictures.

Pastels, have an overall reduction in black. Pastels are really specifically bred normals. Bred for color and clarity. But too many people are using the term "pastel" to define just regular normals.

Hypos also have a reduction in black but is most noticeable in the tail area. Do a web search for the terms "hypo boas", "pastel boas", and "normal boas" and you’ll probably be able to see the difference.

This is what a very nice pastel looks like :)
