 I AM A LITTLE CONCERNED

I Purchased a red tail boa about 2 months a go. he is about 8 months old and very calm. he has been eating regularly once a week. he has only shed once since i have had him. i noticed this morning that he had some dark spots on his head and i am really concerned that he might be sick. if any one has any input it would be greatly appreciated!!!

They only shed every couple of months usually, so that is not a big concern.
If you can take photos for us to see that is helpful.

Double check your temperatures to be sure you have a healthy gradient, keep the enclosure clean, check the Humidity.

If all of those check out and it is eating and breathing normally, its probably Ok.

If you are really concerned a wellness visit at the Vet wont go amiss.
