 Boa question,please identify(pics)

ok so im more of a python type of guy,but at the last reptile show I was at I decided to get something new.I chose this guy,now I was told columbian but it doesnt hurt to get a second opinion so can you please tell me what you guys think he is?

here is a pic hes almost 3 and nearly 5ft

thats a red tail boa.i think the male get eight feet and the females get 12 feet.

its a columbian boa. Its not a true red tail boa. and just because his is 5 feet doesnt mean urs will max out at 5. females max out at 12 feet but in captivity its more like9 or 10. males will max at about 8.

This is my Girl, she’s a columbian and looks very similar. She’s 3 years old and about 8ft!

Ok...what is the difference between the columbian and true red tail? I have a red tail, but who knows if the pet store sold me a true red tail?!

well their all red tails but the "true" red tail is from a certain country, i think guyana or however you spell it

First of all beautiful pics! Ive been trying to find out what kind mine is also, the pics are so hard to tell by, buuuuut, this one is exactly like mine, right to the tee. Does anyone know what exactly a common boa is? Thanks for the help even if you didnt mean it! lol
