well would any of you guys know if a atb is the right snake for a beginner if not do you no any other pythons or boas that are colorful and good for bigginners.

dumeril boa’s are great for beginners and they have a beautiful color. Males get 5-6ft and females get 6-7ft but it is possible for them to get up to 8ft. Here’s a pic of my baby chopper.

I’ve heard different. But it could be true, no one has said it isn’t. People that say things like that usually have a lot of experience with them, when you have no knowledge of caring for any species of snakes whatsoever(as far as I know). I’m not telling you not to get it, I’m just saying to wait ’till you know what you want and take time to get to get to know the needs for that snake.
