Kenyan sand boa temp question Can anyone tell me the best temps for a kenyan sand boa? Some say things like 70-80degree cool temp, 80-90 degree warm temp, some say any part of the tank can be between 70-100 degrees with temps on the hottest area isn’t to go lower than 80. I don’t like such varying temps, what is the healthiest range of cool side and warm side temp for a KSB? Thanks in advanced.
(P.S. I do not have a KSB right now... I am looking into getting one mid-august )

Kenyan sand boa temp question Don’t know if this is true, but I heard that they eat better at lower temps. I would say go for a 75-85 gradient, I am fairly sure this is correct. About the 70-100 temps, I think that’s way too broad and 100 is way too hot for most snakes!

Kenyan sand boa temp question basking area of 90 is good for the sand boa. the cool side should be no lower than 75. the hot side is good at 85. but remember the small basking spot of 90. also sand boas live in up to 100 degrees before they will borrow down to where its cooler(and more humid may i add). dont have one yet? wait until you see it eat.........
