 Selecting a (2nd) Snake

I’ve been thinking on getting a second snake. It may not be any time soon but possibly by the end of this year. I currently have a Black Mexican King snake That I love to death. I’ve been looking into boa’s and Pythons, (This will Be posted in Pythons too). Just to point out I am Responsible and will Care for the snake according to it’s needs. But I have a few Requirements. Thats where you guys can help me! :) alright lets start,
1. I’m fine with feeding it Rats But I don’t want to have to feed it bunnies. So not to big around the girth. (I’m okay with a girthy snake that doesn’t eat any thing bigger then rats.)
2. It maxes out around 7-8 feet. Rather not have something 10Feet+
3. Temperaments not to big of a deal. (Just say if they tend to have a temper or not)
4. Price is, I’d like Something without an outrageously high price tag. (But Show them anyway because I might give in. )
5. I’m okay with some finicky eaters, but I’m unable to get a supply of lizards and snakes as feeders.
6. No Ball Pythons/Rosy Boas/ Kenya sand Boas.
If I think of anything else I’ll surely let you know.

If possible do list their care requirements of any snake that fits close to the things listed above.
Also I’ve read a little about Jungle Carpet Pythons, They seem to fit close to my Requirements but I’d much rather hear it from an owner of one then from a care sheet.
